BAKED SCRAMBLED EGGS RECIPE
SCRAMBLED EGGS RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- 20 eggs, beat and scramble to moist stage
- 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
First of all grease and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese a 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer moist scrambled eggs, sausage, sour cream and sharp Cheddar cheese. Cover dish and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 8-10 persons. enjoy the scrambled eggs !
