Try this nice scrambled eggs recipe...the Easy Mexican Scramble ..a unique taste...si senor !
INGREDIENTS
* 2 eggs
* 1 Tablespoon salsa
* finely diced jalepenos to taste
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.Pour into a pan heated at meduim setting.
Cook until done to your liking.You could sprinkle a bit of grated jalepeno jack cheese on this for a bit more kick....The scrambled eggs recipe is ready for feats...nice tasting scrambled the Mexican way !
