SCRAMBLED EGG CASSEROLE

SCRAMBLED EGGS RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • 1 doz. eggs, scrambled as you normally would
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 6 to 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb. bacon, sausage, or ham
SCRAMBLED EGGS RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the bacon, sausage, or ham. Combine the cooked meat with the scrambled eggs. Spread into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Mix the milk with the mushroom soup and fold mixture into the egg mixture. Top with the shredded cheese. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees until hot (about 20 minutes). May be prepared the night before and baked when ready to use. Allow a little extra time for baking since it will be cold. Do not preheat oven when removing from refrigerator. Put in cold oven and turn to correct oven temperature.

SCRAMBLED EGGS RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • Paprika
  • Parsley
SCRAMBLED EGGS RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Beat eggs, sour cream, salt and pepper just until blended. Melt butter in skillet. Add onion and sauté until tender. Pour in egg mixture and cook over low heat until done.

Turn portions of egg mixture with spatula as it begins to thicken; do not stir and do not overcook. Garnish with paprika and parsley. THis scrambled egg recipe makes 4 servings...enjoy it !

* 1/2 pound ground beef
* 2 tablespoons onion -- minced fine
* 3 ounces cream cheese
* 3 large eggs
* 1 tablespoon water
* salt and pepper to taste

SCRAMBLED EGGS RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Brown ground beef in skillet with onions. Add cream cheese and cook over low heat until melted. Beat eggs with water, salt and pepper and pour into skillet with beef and cheese. Scramble to desired doneness....and this great scrambled eggs is ready to serve...nice !

Bacon and Hominy Scramble Egg Recipe

BACON HOMINY SCRAMBLE EGGS RECIPE
Try this nice Bacon and Hominy Scramble recipe...mmm great taste !

Scrambled Eggs Recipe Ingredients :

* 1/4 lb bacon
* 20 oz golden hominy
* 6 eggs
* 1/2 teaspoons salt
* 1 dash Pepper

Scrambled Eggs Recipe Instructions
Cook the bacon in a frying pan until crisp. Remove bacon and drain all but 2 Tb of bacon grease.
Drain the can of hominy and add to the bacon drippings. Fry over medium heat until hominy is lightly brown.
Beat together the eggs, salt and pepper. Add to hominy and cook, stirring frequently, until eggs are done.
Crumble bacon over the top and serve....mmmm nice ! Try shredded cheese melted over the top too, if you want to. Have a great breakfast!!!

* chopped onion
* chopped bell pepper
* 1 tablespoon grated cheddar cheese

Crack eggs into medium bowl and beat well. Using wire wisk, gently stir in the other ingredients. Cook mixture in small skillet over low heat until eggs are as firm as you like. Serve hot.

Scrambled Eggs Recipe INGREDIENTS
  • desired amount of eggs
  • 2 tsp. whole milk
  • thinly sliced white American cheese (if desired)
INSTRUCTIONS
Butter the pan and heat until the butter melts. Pour egg yolks into a bowl and scramble into a liquid (must be completely yellow). Combine milk with eggs and scramble until mixed.

When the butter is melted in the pan, add eggs and stir.

Stop for 5 seconds and stir again. When you see little scrambled eggs in the pan, add cheese (cut up) and stir until no liquid is in the pan (all scrambled). The scrambled eggs recipe is ready to serve and enjoy it....nice !
